31-20-108. Automobile insurance provisions. (a) Insurers that write automobile insurance in Wyoming may exclude any and all coverage afforded under the policy issued to an owner or operator of a transportation network company vehicle for any loss or injury that occurs while a driver is available to receive a request for a prearranged ride or while a driver is engaged in a prearranged ride. This right to exclude all coverage may apply to any coverage included in an automobile insurance policy, including any of the following: (i) Liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage; (ii) Uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage; (iii) Medical payments coverage; (iv) Comprehensive coverage; (v) Collision coverage. (b) Subsection (a) of this section shall apply notwithstanding any requirement under W.S.
