626.875 Office and records. — (1)(a) Each appointed independent adjuster and licensed public adjuster must maintain a place of business in this state which is accessible to the public and keep therein the usual and customary records pertaining to transactions under the license. This provision does not prohibit maintenance of such an office in the home of the licensee. (b) A license issued under this chapter must at all times be posted in a conspicuous place in the principal place of business of the licenseholder.
